The whole of the Algarve is splendid with sandstone cliffs providing superb pictures in many places.

We particularly like Faro, Trevira, Quateria and Loule but the very west has some lovely villages such a Burgau and some very dramatic coastal scenery on the most south-westerly point of Europe.
